Event One

Holotropic Breathwork™ is a world-renowned practice for accessing altered or expanded states of consciousness. Holotropic Breathwork is a natural process for self - exploration that activates our innate inner wisdom and supports our movement toward positive transformation and wholeness. Through the use of breath, evocative music, and release work within a safe and supportive setting with skilled facilitators. The safe setting supports our habitual holding patterns to soften and opens connection with our innate inner wisdom allowing us to move from disempowerment to self-empowerment. We are our own healer in the deepest possible way regardless of personal belief systems or theoretical orientations. It is a powerful approach to self-exploration and personal empowerment and can play an important role in personal and collective transformation.  Breathwork may lead to the healing of emotional or physical trauma, reduction in anxiety and stress, amelioration of symptoms of depression, emotional expression & release and creative inspiration. Many people also report that it helps them connect to a deeper feeling of meaning and purpose in their lives, as well as a feeling of deeper authenticity in their daily life.

No prior experience is required. However, acceptance into the workshop is contraindicated with certain medical conditions. In addition, participants are required to attend an online preparation talk in the week prior to the event.
